The wait from setting up an appointment to arriving to the appointment is very long but they have a guidelines they send through email and texts weeks and days ahead than reinforce the new safety guide lines at secretary of state's location. I just wish some of the other people with appointments read the rules and actually following them.

Made an appointment the day prior. Showed up when I was supposed to. Still had to wait an extra 10 minutes to find out there drivers license system was down and I would have to return tomorrow....... I am 10 miles away. Needless to say I am pretty frustrated no fault of the staff at this location.
Tricky to get a suitable appointment online, but all went smoothly after that.
I dread coming to this place. Horrible experience with the long wait time.. The self serve kiosk out of order. What a joke.. I'd rather get a root canal done then do business here. Tabs for 2 vehicles cost me just shy of 400 to drive on the worst roads in the country...
Fantastic! The clerk was professional and timely to get me in, handle what I needed, and get me out. I handle all my issues in under 30 minutes. FYI have all of the necessary documents to make sure your visit was cool as mine.
