Several months on now from having my expensive full suspension mountain bike frame powder coated & I'm still finding blast grit coming out of cable guide holes, this after two attempts to salvage an awful first powder coat which had blast grit underneath the paint. I had also stressed that the bearing seats & threads etc be masked prior to blasting/paint, they weren't, so all had to be re-tapped & cleaned up. I got the frame back after about a month & several visits to check on progress. The owners were apologetic & did try their best to remedy the damage, some reduction in the full price I paid would've been a nice gesture though. It's just a shame when you're assured your pride & joy will be taken care of.
Great advice and service. Had window grills cleaned and repainted. Very pleased with the end result.
