My first visit there was in September 2020. The staff was very nice and helpful. I was seen in a timely manner. Doctor was very thorough and explained everything to me.

If I could rate the practice with zero stars I would. The front desk staff is by far the most unfriendly staff I have ever encountered. By phone they are even worse. It seems you, the patient - the one that keeps them employed, is disturbing and interrupting them at whatever they are doing. I also have never had an appointment without considerable wait time. So plan for 30 mins past your appt. time. While the doctors are thorough and attentive, their \bed side manners\ are not great. I have had appts. with two of the doctors and both were less than stellar. Also, stop having a lunch break where the office is closed entirely. Clearly, this would be a great time to catch up on the delays or teach your front desk staff some manners. Not returning to this practice.

I had a 10am appt for my son to be checked for tongue tie and the doctor saw us immediately as there was no one else waiting. Doctor saw there was an issue but brushed it off and didn’t feel it necessary to do anything even though it could get worse. We felt rushed out the door and left disappointed. Never again.
