I purchased on Saturday a toy from this place. After just a few hours my 5 month old puppy broke it. There is a defect in the toy. My puppy doesn’t even have sharp teeth. I reported this to the shop and their response was very rude and not helpful at all. We were customers for years always putting up with bad treatment and I will never shop here again!

Advantages: friendly smiling staff, -who spontaneously gives you the fishes that look the most in shape, -seem interested in what they re doing. -who spontaneously pick a male fish and a female fish for you without even asking them -who proposes you all options not only the most profitable for them.\u003ethey didn't push me to buy the most expensive filtersystem. Now I trust them. -very patient, treats well the customer whether you're buying for 2 or 100 -as in all the good shops, all basic needs of each kind of fish are clearly explained on the aquariums\u003ehelps beginners -all fishes I bought there are still very much alive 2 months after purchase. -NO dying fishes IN this shop -All debit cards (MAESTRO, VISA, MASTERCARD) accepted (EXCEPT VPAY) I buy almost everything there. - rather small choice of freshwater fishes but this shop is a general pet shop. -prices are only acceptable in comparison with other shops -it's a chain shop with the weakness that can entail. Fijne winkel maar altijd aan de duurdere kant...
Mooie grote en overzichtelijke dieren speciaal zaak. Het personeel is altijd heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam en heeft verstand van zaken. Parkeren is perfect want voor de deur is er meer dan genoeg plek om je auto te parkeren.
Fijne winkel voor je 2 of viervoeter...vriendelijk personeel en helpen je meteen.....
