I lost my grandfather in 2006, and our family lost one of the few photos from his military days that captured his handsome and mischievous half smile. Eventually a photo of a photo however many times removed surfaces, and as soon as I saw Focalpro Media page, I sent it immediately. Chris replied to me in minutes, guided me in how to capture what I had, and he took care of the rest. A day or two later, I finally saw that twinkle in my grandfathers eyes that had been missing for so long. Chris restored the color, cleaned up the blemishes, and truly, my grandfather’s personality once again came shining through.
