I've been a frequent visitor and soon to be tenant here. From my experiences, management has been very reasonable and staying here by yourself would definitely be more expensive as opposed to having another roommate or 2 and getting a bigger apartment. Other than that I do not find the prices that expensive. Management is also remodeling but only completing remodeling rooms that are vacant. They did however redo siding, installed sturdier doors, and sort of fixed the fences to the patios. My car has been broken into but because I had an empty wallet in plain view. The neighborhood is sort of sketchy but most people I encounter are nice and mostly college kids. Would not recommend for a family but great for one person, couple, or college kids. Maintenance is very prompt and they do spray regularly. The apartment I visit has a minor roach infestation from previous upper neighbors that moved out soon after so if you get kinda sucky upstairs neighbors you kinda have to deal with it. Oh and if your claustrophobic and very picky about pools don't go into the pool.

I came to apartment on the july of 2013. I actually had all my application process done before i went there. But when i got there they said the apartment was not ready. Hence they gave me the only choice to go for a renovated room. My rent was supposed to be 595 but i ended up renting the another apartment for 645. Even though they say that the room has been remodeled they only thing i saw new was the new bathtub. the carpet looked as if it has not been changed in years, looked very old(with some cigarette burn marks. They also take almost a 50% of the security deposit after you move out. The swimming pool is dirty and open only during weekdays. I would recommend trying other apartments before you go to this place. That was a rip off.....

Potholes so deep in the parking lot that I backed into a hole and got stuck there and scraped-up the bottom of my car. Management doesn't care to maintain the property, and they do not care what damage happens to folks cars. The outside maintence is not done regularly and the appliances are older and don't work well.

I absolutely LOVE living here. The management is WONDERFUL and VERY professional. The apartment grounds are very clean and quiet.Any issues we had were fixed immediately which there was only one. We needed a new dishwasher and it was brought to us and installed in minutes. The maintenance crew works very hard and keeps everything up and running! I would recommend this place to any and everyone! Im sure those other bad reviews were from people who didn't follow the rules and were very rude and disrespectful, because I honestly dont see anything wrong with living here. Fleur De Lis is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!! LIVE HERE LIVE HERE LIVE HERE

I would advise against living there. Place has the worst management of all time. House break ins and a lot of crimes with no security and when asked to take action, the management could not care less.
