I needed to rent short-term office space and was coming from out of state, so I had no idea what to expect. The staff at Confluence were extremely helpful planning my office space needs for two days. I was surprised to find such a beautiful space with many differnt types of office needs, including open room desks, private offices, and a room with booths. The ammenity area was nicely decorated, and coffee, sparkling waters, and other snacks were avaliable. The atmosphere was clean, nicely appointed, and friendly. I definitely recommend Confluence as a wam, welcoming professional space to rent as a member or short-term.

Really enjoyed my drop-in days at Confluence. The office is two floors, extremely spacious and adhering to Covid-19 guidelines. There are wipes and disinfectants on every table and people wear masks in the communal areas. There is great coffee, tea, snacks and sparkling water as well. Will definitely be coming back!

Visited last week. Desk mgr was very welcoming and informative. She gave me a tour, and was flexible with my need to jump in a private phone room for a call as soon as I arrived; but later assigned me a desk. Hot desks were nice size and felt more private than just a community table. Met owner also, and he went out of his way to greet me warmly. The space is bright and comfortable. Will return.

I recently moved to Lafayette and was in search of a Co-Working space to align with my own business values. Pleasantly surprised as a space existed in my new city and even better right down the street, it is Confluence SBC. Sustainability being at the forefront of my lifestyle and Entrepreneurial offerings it is absolutely in alignment. The atmosphere is airy and pleasant from the combination of the architecial design and the other patron’s that utilize the membership. Looking forward to hosting events here in the future!
