We came in to purchase our first firearm and the staff as incredibly informative and helpful. They helped us narrow down our choices for our needs and my size. We only waited about a week for the background check to clear and we were able to pick up. Definitely recommend if you're in the market for a firearm!

Worst experience I've had with a gun shop. I had them install a set of XS Big Dot sights on my XDS and they failed to follow any standard gun smithing practices and smashed up the side of the sight and released the Tritium. It took me over 6 weeks to get them to resolve the situation, which they eventually did by getting a warranty replacement on the sight from XS which I installed myself without issue(so Kudos to XS on their warranty I guess). At no point would the owner admit they did anything wrong and would not even provide a simple apology, just one excuse or lie after another. I also had to call them to get any updates. They never reached out when it was done initially or when the new sight came in. At the end of it all, over a month later I still got to pay them the full amount for not even installing the sights because I had my sick cat in my car and just picked it up and left without examining it closely enough because I was in a hurry. According to the owner if I'd noticed the damage in the store they could have done something but because I left and then drove right back within the hour it was all on me.
