Kyle at Echo Energy LLC is a lifesaver! My mom’s dryer duct needed replacing badly in order for her new dryer to work properly. After calling around several places and hearing “no we don’t do that” or “maybe but we’re booked through the end of the year,” I finally got referred to Echo Energy and gave them a call. Claudette answered and after explaining what we needed and asking if it is a service they provide, she said yes and got us scheduled for a consult the next week! She even sent me a confirmation email right away, which I greatly appreciated. When Kyle arrived, he was very friendly and followed social distancing measures, including wearing a mask of course. He assessed the situation, gave us his recommendation and quote (which was very fair) and even saved us some money (I was able to return an item at the store that he was able to get much cheaper). Even though these guys are very busy and are booked out through the beginning of next year, he knew how important having a functioning dryer was (we had gone a couple weeks without it). All this to say, he was able to work with Claudette and squeezed us in the next day! He did an excellent, professional job on our dryer duct replacement and had to go into our crawlspace and cleaned that area as well. We now have a working dryer and my mom couldn’t be more thrilled! (It’s the little things that make a big difference, right?) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this family- owned business! They are good humans and also treat their staff very well! Thank you again Kyle!!
Very hardworking crew who demonstrated great professionalism. I would recommend anyone to this company. I was very pleased with the insulation job they did in my attic and how thorough they were, making sure all of my needs or questions were addressed.
