Has the basics of what you need for a good gym session. The people are generally nice and the weights are usually in the correct place. Usually don’t have to wait long, if at all, for equipment. I recommend.

I have belonged to several gyms and participated in many different programs over the past 30 years and until I joined FBBC La Verne last year did I really see and achieve lasting results. The best part is the workouts are only 30 minutes and very easy to schedule into your day. The trainers are very knowledgeable and really care about their members. Speaking from experience they are always ready with modifications to whatever exercises they have set up for you each day. Trust me not all gyms and trainers do this. Another great personal touch are the text from the trainers making sure you are okay, especially if they haven't seen you in a while. They really do make you feel special and part of a family. Thank you John and Cara for all that you do and for making your gym a comfortable and safe place to come and workout.
