Nice to stay for one or two nights. We stayed for four nights which was too long. The room was very small. The host was friendly and the cleaning was perfect. Swimming pool was nice and breakfast was good. The location was quite disappointing. You always need to go by car to go to the city centre or a restaurant. La Spezia isn't that great (very industrial), I'd recommend to go somewhere else.

Villa ottimamente tenuta e gestita Zona tranquilla a pochi minuti dal centro Vista sull' arsenale della Marina e sulla città Ci tornerò sicuramente
Belle piscine Vue sur le port pas extraordinaire. Chambre très bien. Petit dej très bien sur la terrasse de la piscine. Personnel très sympathique Un peu loin de la gare. Presque 30mn à pied.

Nous avons été très bien reçu. Nous avons passé une semaine et nous avions une chambre sans terrasse mais suffisante pour notre séjour. La terrasse et la piscine domine le port de La Spezia. Le petit déjeuner est servi par la très gentille Roberta. Je recommande vivement cet établissement. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
