It was fast and easy to apply on the day of appointment . However one needs some hours to prepare for the application - collecting documents and scanning and uploading.

It is very disappointing that TLS Contact makes it so difficult to reach them for questions. There is no phone number to call so all you can do is submit written feedback through their website. This is slow and cumbersome. The staff in the office are competent, professional and efficient.

Foremost, for those who find the location of the building confusing, it is the building at the corner of Frederiksborggade and Norre Voldgade and right in front of the Norreport metro station. To get in, ring the button next to Regus Reception, and the door will open. As to my experience transacting with TLScontact, I went there earlier today, and the staff members were very efficient. I was done with what I needed to do there in perhaps less than 15 minutes. They would ask you first to fill a form with your details, such as your address, phone number and the GWF if you're applying for a UK visa. Then, a staff member will call you to register your details and biometrics. I also find my experience communicating with them via email to be pleasant.

It was good service .I get the service in good time. Thanks for it. I just think that we need the same service in Jutland.. We have paid dobbelt pris (train from Jutland to Kobenhahen) for at give dokumentation for Visa..for get possibilities at se familier.. Thanks for your attention.

Great support from the local team. Had an issue where the UK Gov should have been better to support. However the local team did their best and helped me out and turned a bureaucratic nightmare into a very good experience.

Appointment was cancelled because of sick worker, no email was sent beforehand to avoid travel to the location. Had to rebook and pay the fee again and was only offered a partial refund from the first booking fee, which is absurd. On the second time I went there I was met by two workers who were extremely friendly and helpful.
