Open to foreigners! Great little restaurant serving authentic Japanese cuisines. Note there is no English menu nor do the staff speak English. However, that's the fun of it! Pull out the translator app and ask them to recommend you something. That's what we did and it was fantastic.

No foreigners! Two years ago we had a great night at the same place. Rated 4 stars. Now they are refusing foreigners with the excuse that you need a reservation. Sad really. Hope they change this policy.
The space looks beautiful, but unfortunately is not open to foreigners, was turned away.
赤ちゃん連れで行きました。 従業員さんの接客態度や話し方、とても感じ良かったです。 もちろん料理もサイコーでした。 時間を掛けて料理を堪能して、とても良い京都の思い出が出来ました。 Fuji屋 京色の皆様、これからも頑張って、この時期を乗り越えて欲しいです。応援しています(_)
料理が丁寧に造られており美味しいです。運んで来る方も丁寧でした
店員さんも大将らしき方も全員マスク非着用の接客のお店でした。このご時世に感染対策をしないお店があるとは驚きました。gotoイートを使って予約しましたが、gotoイートの対象からはずすべきでは？
