I visited the center in early May 2019. I saw only 3 cranes. It may not be the right time to visit. The exhibition was good and informative. There are brief English translation, but more detailed description could be better. The entrance fee is charged at a small rate. There is a kid area where they can read, play games and draw. Overall, it is a good place for a family to visit.

Good place to take pictures of those Japanese cranes. There are not that many cranes, less than 100, in the area and make taking clean photos easier.
Very informative. A great place to start your crane-viewing experience. There weren't many cranes while we were there, but there are usually some in enclosures that are being rehabilitated. Not much English information.
Informative displays. We saw 3 wild cranes and it was early May.
