What a lovely man. He answered my distress call promptly and fitted me in the same day. He was willing to give me advice to sort the problem over the phone. He was with me within an hour and a half at the time when he said he would be, and this was all at the end of his working day. As a woman on my own in the property I felt no qualms about letting him in and felt safe with him. He was professional and got to the root of the problem quickly and without fuss. Highly recommended and I will be recommending him to friends and family without hesitation, and using his services again in my business premises. Thanks again

My shower stopped working so I went to the Which? website. I contacted Sash and he tried to help me over the phone in case I could avoid the call-out fee. I had an old fuse board so there was nothing I could do to fix the problem. A visit was scheduled and on the day Sash was respectful of my house and removed his shoes before stepping in. To cut a long story short the fuse board was replaced and the shower was fixed. Months down the line there have been no issues with either product. Thank you very much.
