Our experience with Kone has been terrible since the beginning of our contract. They started by forging a signature on the contract, and have never turned up when they say they will. The customer service line always promise a call back that never happens. They ordered a wrong part back in September, told us they would order the correct part but it turns out that they forgot to do that. Only just received the correct part (5 months late). To top it all off, we actually still do not have working lifts in our property - they have turned them off. Just don't bother, they're a big company that don't care about you.
