Absolutely delighted with our new hot tub. The service and support given by Adrian, Laura and Jeanette has been great. We had to wait quite a while due to world wide transportation issues during lock down, but they are apparently now all in production and coming through. We went for the British Hot Tub Spencer model, the size is ideal for us and masses of features.

what can I say, it was great to do business with a man that can and actually does everything he says he can do. by chance we popped into outdoor heaven on the way back from a trip to Manchester well I'm glad we did. ***** 1st class service ***** 1st class hot tubs just fantastic service all round.
