Due to Covid, check-in is completed by phone call. The number is posted in front of the clinic. You are texted when it is your turn. The office staff are friendly. You are not allowed to be with your pet during the check-up, but the exam is done in a part of the office where you can see and talk to the vet. The vet was very knowledgeable. She and her assistant were very good with my pets. My dog and my cat were very relaxed the entire visit.

They are extremely nice buy the business part is only for health maintenance. For a small emergency yes but no xrays, no cleaning of major wounds. And for what the do do they seem to be fairly inexpensive. Just dont have any lab work done. I dont want to give a bad review because its not entirely the peoples fault but for what I went for it was very costly then I had to return to another facility due to them being closed which they are not associated together & there was another charge. And still never got the wound flushed. I was told I would need to take him to a vet that could do that. So thats my story and probably wont return for anything other than shots. Maintenance. Good luck

We've been taking our cat here since we moved to Knoxville 2 years ago. The staff, Dr. Katie, and Dr. Emily are ALWAYS a pleasure to work with. Don't let the affordable price fool you; their work is thorough, efficient, and high-quality. They identified my senior kitty's CKD and heart murmur and they refer us to specialists when needed. I'm so thankful to have such a reliable vet to go to when we need it most.

The vets and staff could not be more kind or professional. They are accessible by email if you have follow up questions, and they can mail you your flea meds. They have a safe system to protect you and your pet when you need to come in. Masks, shields, antibacterial gel. My pets love them, and we do too. Their vaccine packages are reasonably priced and cover what your furbaby needs. I love their walk in service. Check them out.
