Great facility with an awesome waiting room with free snacks and drinks if you choose to wait. Otherwise they provide a beautiful Infiniti loaner car for free if you book your appointment ahead of time. All the staff are very friendly and helpful! I will definitely be a long time customer!
Exceptional customer service. We sent our son in today to get an oil change. We had received a coupon in the mail. Mothers love coupons. There was a factory defect. They explained everything to my son but somehow it was a little lost in translation to mother. I called and left a message I received a call back and everything was explained to me in detail. That even sent everything in an email explaining the situation. I'm so very happy with Harper Infinity.
