This is the second tour that I have undertaken with this company. It was once again exceptional. We did a tour of Berlin starting on the 18th November 2017. The bus is very comfortable with a restaurant on the first floor and very comfortable seats upstairs. Peter and his wife run a very efficient and friendly service. Peter's driving was very good. We saw every inch of Berlin. The hotels Stewa use are extremely good and always in great locations. The only problem we had was with the guide that was chosen for us in Berlin, who was very knowledgeable but extremely rude. She was rude to me and then later to my cousin, which I could overlook but then when she abused an elderly, slightly disabled lady for not crossing the road quickly enough ( she was waiting with a few of us for two bicycles to pass, rather than step out in front of them) she screamed at her for holding up the tour! Then proceeded to tell the rest of the tour that the older lady was stupid. We all found this very upsetting and extremely unprofessional! This in no way reflects on Stewa who have a great company.

Die Reise mit stewa war wie immer klasse. Tolles Fahrer und Service Team. Das Hygiene Konzept ist sehr gut ausgearbeitet- wie z.B. nur halb besetzter Bus. Leider lässt das Verhalten der Gäste sehr zu wünschen übrig. Es gibt einige Mitreisende welche die Maske während der Fahrt NICHT tragen.

Sehr kompetente und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Sonderwünsche werden gerne erfüllt. Unsere Firmenveranstaltung, komplette Tagestour mit 45 Gästen und mehreren Haltestellen, hat perfekt geklappt (ca. 400 km). Das Hotelzimmer war, passend zum Café Zimt, gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Dusche ist großzügig und das Bett war sehr bequem.
