Delivered a double bed with 2 different mattress' been trying to contact a customer service team for the last 3 weeks through email and phone and nothing. AWFUL.

We recently had a Hestia mattress delivered from Furmanac through their direct home delivery service. The booking process was really efficient, I received a call to book in from an actual person and then a text message the day before with a time slot. The drivers then called when they were on their way and arrived promptly. Two drivers were really friendly and very helpful. The mattress was installed, with some really tough corners negotiated, within a matter of minutes, no issues what so ever! They took away my old mattress and all the packaging from the new one. The mattress is amazing, so comfortable and well presented. A really lovely experience overall. Would definitely order again!
