I don't often eat out, but when I do, it's at the Phnom Penh. I always order the golden chicken and the fresh salad rolls with shrimp. Although the ambiance is not one of romance nor is it a trendy place, you'd be hard pressed to find better Cambodian food. The restaurant isn't fancy, but it's clean, the service is quick, and the staff is efficient. Add in that the prices are reasonable, and you have a great place to have a quick and delicious meal. It's definitely a place I recommend.

Came here for a quick lunch with my girlfriend. Place is a bit old and outdated but don't let that fool you on the quality of their food. We ordered green curry and pineapple fried rice and it was some of the best we had!

Love this place. Amazing food great owners. The decor is a little dated but adds to the ambiance. Highly recommended

The most authentic, delicious Cambodian Thai cuisine you’ll find in Canada. Amazing quality and service! If you’re visiting Kingston this is an absolute must see!

This is an affordable place to eat, and serving sizes are on the bigger side. Drinks are affordable, though they were out of the first two juice choices I asked for. The Cambodian rolls were good, made with a flaky pastry unlike other places we've tried in Kingston. Our two main dishes were tasty, but one came with just three little strips of chicken breast, another one or two would have made it great.

The food was amazing: i strongly recommend the green curry soup, lemongrass beef and golden chicken. We enjoyed so much the flavor combinations of these three dishes. The atmosphere was cozy and the service very nice (FYI: it's a family business). Definitely a must if you stop by Kingston

I had the pad thai, the chicken was raw and elastic and mushy, the noodles were overcooked to the point that they were basically a brick of mushy garbage, and there was very little sauce. It was inedible and I am not very picky. I would rather go to the dollar store and buy a 0.25 pack of instant ramen.

Would give zero stars if it was an option, went here as our other Thai / cambodian restaurant was closed, thought we would try it out,,,,, Asked for a meal for kid that doesn't like spice, they said they had a dish for kids it wasn't spicy..... incorrect, it was spicy, the chicken for the meal was like a rubber ball tossed onto a grill, I had a flavorless chicken stir fry with burnt and or mushy bell peppers and chewey chicken, husband had an equally disappointing pad thai. None of us finished our dinner and we were charged more than the stated amount on their take out menu, very disappointing waste of money and drive downtown, would have preferred a icicle for dinner at least it would tasted like something.
