Paid nearly 800pounds for flowers and we are very unhappy. The lady did give us a small amount of money off but the quality of service was extremely poor. The orange rose heart was a disgrace and really upset the kids...attached is some photos of this. The before was taken on Thursday 20th night upon viewing(photo 2) and the after was on Monday 24th(photo 3). We complained and they blamed on the weather. However you can clearly see another set of flowers in 1st photo showing clearly orange flowers in view which are still fine. The aftercare here is shocking . The second phone call back from them was Hurrendous where the man we spoke to was extremely rude. Also phoning on morning of service to ask about where to send flowers was a real poor touch as well. We will never be back here and I will not recommend
Went in today to buy Christmas wreathes which were lovely and the lady was very pleasant. However, I couldn’t help feeling extremely annoyed that not one member of staff was wearing a face covering. No social distancing either. Surely a business should be leading by example. Just made me think how unprofessional it all looked.
Busy busy place today but they still managed to make me 3 wreaths at short notice and a really beautiful baby wreath for my granddaughters grave. Thank you so much
Really good staff. Flowers are good value and last for a while.
