I called and the gentleman was very rude answering the phone. I understand that the job may be difficult sometimes. I was asking for some information and he ignored it. Instead he started asking me questions rudely.

We had came in to rent a car transporter. We arrived as soon as they opened the doors at 8 a.m.. Along with three other people also renting U-Hauls. The owner pulled up and immediately started helping us. He explained everything to us and even helped us save some. We had driven from Nashville Tennessee to purchase a vehicle and transport it back. Unfortunately the vehicle had problems we were unaware of and we decided not to buy it. Now we are stuck with a transporter that we don't need. We decided to return the transporter. When we arrived back at the rental location about 45 minutes later, an employee met us in the parking lot and began to help us. We explained to them the situation. They were very sympathetic and we were able to return the transporter at very little cost. It's nice to know that there are good people in the world that still want to help you. Everyone there that we spoke to was so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them!!!
Reasonable prices and quick release they bend over backwards and they give you a cool shirt once paid off

Just asked a simple question on why they could not bail someone out and dude responded I'm just not gonna be able to bail him out and hung up
