The place was quite busy for lunch on a Thursday. I had the local bowl which was delicious. The burger looked great.

We came at 7:30 P.M. The aromas from the kitchen were mouthwatering. It’s in the middle of a local neighborhood off the beaten track, but once you enter it’s like you found where the It People dine out. The live music, nooks for tables, lights, dimness, and bar come together to create a cool secretive party atmosphere. We had the macadamia nut crusted chicken with “local sauce” (teriyaki flavored sauce) and furikake rice, very good. I asked for salt for the chicken because I was avoiding the sugar in the sauce. They brought out Kirkland Himalayan Pink Salt. Our friends had the Marsala Chicken on mashed potatoes with asparagus and cleaned their plates before everyone else. They declared it delicious. We tried the Fish Rockets with locally caught fish in egg roll wrappers and that was great. I had the grilled artichoke halves with lemon aioli and thought the charred flavor and seasoning were excellent; however the leaves were tough and undercooked in places. The base was very tender. Overall I’d order it again. For dessert we had the gluten-free Decadent Chocolate Cake a la mode (our friends demolished it in no time); the mango cobbler a la mode (scrumptious); and the Grasshopper Pie (the crust was too frozen to cut through but delicious). This would be one of our favorite hangouts if we lived here.
We went there at the time happy hour was happening. Had a great time! Loved the fish rockets! My new favorite way to have fish! Next favorite, was the beet salad, followed closely by the pecan, prosciutto, goat cheese app. Service was awesome and beverage selection was very good. Will definitely return.
Lovely food with outdoor spaces set up nicely with shade.
The Bistro serves fresh food, whether it's from the sea or the farms and gardens, with an innovative twist to more will known dishes. The servers are professional and knowledgeable on all menu items, including the extensive wine list, with bottles that can pair nicely with the main meals. This restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating, with an ambience that is perfect for both large parties and smaller groups.
Love this place been going here since I was a kid, one of my favorites spots around for a dinner with friends or family. The food is so good, I haven't tried one thing on the menu that I remotely dislike, and now that I'm 21 I have been able to take advantage of the best happy hour of all time (half off drinks all day). To everyone below complaining about being turned down and giving one star reviews, stop being little cry babies because the owners care more about keeping their employees safe more than making a couple extra dimes, which I think is pretty cool. If you've never been here come check it out just make sure you've been out of travel for 14 days
I'll never. Freedom isn't free and people like this certainly wouldn't EVER know about paying that debt. Just living off the sacrifice of others. I have family that has born and died on the islands. And we visit about 3 times a year. And next time we do. ILL NEVER SPEND A DIME HERE. GOOD luck when all this subsides.
I love this place! My family and I always feel so welcomed and taken care of, and the food is delicious every time. We are beyond grateful that the Bistro is listening to health professionals and protecting the community. This restaurant is an amazing example to all businesses working during covid :) Thank you!!
