Had a long trip to Torquay last week with JB tours. The lawman coach driver was courteous, confident, and knowledgable. Had a great holiday. Will definitely recommend.

In October we were travelling to Torquay on one of Lawmans coaches that was on hire to GB Tours we watched the driver texting on his mobile several times whilst in the middle lane on the M5 in the pouring rain. I told the driver he should not be texting whilst driving and got a shock when the driver asked me \Why\ We reported it to the tour operator but was told the driver had been asked if it was true who said he was plugging in the mobile in, other passengers heard the remarks between us but the company did not bother to check with them they just took the drivers word for it, No wonder people don't bother to make complaints even over such serious things.
