Dreadful. Rude. Useless. Set you up for a job after smashing the tests & agreeing a start date but then fobbed off. Must've had to much about me & clearly likely to not be in a naff job for long so they opted for a lesser candidate who will more than likely surrender their soul for them. I'm doing great now. Genuinely advise people avoid.

Don't waste your time to be registration in this Fox agency. I'm already registrate and staff who work in this agency promise me job for weekends in one busy factory. 4 weeks gone and I still waiting for call or message. ALERT FOR EVERYONE (DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME).
Honestly the people doing the reviews are more than likely the problem, the staff that are there are actually really nice if you don't waste their time... I registered same day walking in and had work the next morning, I did a good job and have constant work now... One of the better agencies out there
Decent agency with decent staff working for them found me a job which led to full time employment. Never had any issues or trouble with them at all
Was called by a lady (if she can be deemed as one) and rather than manners, i received a tone of voice you'd give to a disobedient animal. Clearly not a company to ever be associated with. Not once did she actually ask for reasoning, when it was a clerical error on their behalf that caused the phone call. Maybe a stint on 'Ladette to Lady' would do Julie some good. Id hate to think how she would handle a real issue. Problem solving clearly not a management skill ever learnt, but with her manners nobody would have ever bothered to teach or guide her.
I have been working one day at Knights of Old as Fox sent me there on Monday. I have been told that I will be working the whole week but Monday was the first and the last day for me. A week later when I was expecting my wage to come into my bank account I have been paid only for 3.5 hours instead of 8. Okay, I called fox and even visited them the same day. Area manager told me that she will sort everything out for me. Clearly she didn't because I have received a pay for 1 hour again, which means that I am still missing 3... Called them and they were telling me that they paid me for 4.5 hours for the first time and this 1 hour today... Which in their calculation was 5.5 hours paid and still 2 missing. After 10 minute phone call they realised that I was right. I have been told that I will get paid next week for missing 3 hours which is great but when taking underconsiderstion that I spent 3 weeks waiting for the money is no good. Additionally, I have not been given my payslips and had toast for them, I left my details when I was registering but they lost my email... This agency is a Huge NO. Avoid themat all times.

Find it absolutely hilarious that the review I put up about 6 months ago has actually been removed by the company. So I will repost and repost until somebody actually listens. They are a useless, lying, disgraceful company with no respect for nobody - this includes the temporary and permanent workers as well as their internal workers. Despite what they say - they do withhold pay from temps. I am not the only one to have said this. This company needs shutting down or they need to get rid of the workers they have - one of them being that dreadful ex branch manager of kettering. DISGRACEFUL
