Bryan was the most friendly person when speaking with him. He responded to my emails quickly, even late at night. He fixed my 44 Remington Remette in just a few hours, on top of the work he already had. Then, as a pleasant surprise, he even went out of his way to find and print the manual for me without even being asked. Not to mention his wife is just as friendly! Needless to say, I will be going to the Kentucky Typer for any of my typewriter needs!
