Probably the least painful experience of buying a car EVER, apart from having to actually pay for it! Seriously efficient salesman who was very friendly and incredibly helpful. Arrived 8:30am for service and mot, didn't do the brake fluid change needed parts,but they shut at 12, wondering why others came in after and gone ,if they started at 8:30 on the car ?: No wash and valet as promised left 12:30pm , receptionist very helpful. PS called to help resolve the issue and are very happy with the result so Will be giving them a go next service all is not lost.

The staff there bent over backwards to try to help me but due to my ignorance and the fact I was hunting down a part for a Fiat this proved insanely difficult. I am in no doubt that had my questions had been for a Vauxhall, there would have been no such problem. The facilities there are scrupulously clean, modern and well laid out. Above all, the staff stood out as a shining light of customer service and I would not hesitate to recommend, based on my recent experience, Arnold Clark in Kendal for quality and friendly professionalism.
