I have been a loyal customer for many years. The service used to be very good. This has changed however. I feel like I don't matter since I am a sole trader. I don't get replies to emails and very shoddy work has been done (could have done it better myself). On top of that I found out that they never updated my information with HMRC when I moved house something I expect of them. Very disappointed would be the nicest I could say.
