I can highly recommend Alexander & Sancto especially if you’re looking to purchase a quality en-suite or bathroom that has the wow factor. Shaun and Kerrie go above and beyond in delivering a professional yet friendly service and are clearly passionate about what they do. The showroom, highlighting a fraction of the stylish fittings that can be bought, reflects the fact that they source from only the very best manufacturers. In addition to them selling contemporary or traditional bathroom/en-suites, they also offer an extensive range of great quality, high end ceramic and porcelain tiles. The service they offer is very much bespoke from the design and layout to the ordering and delivery of the products. You are left feeling, very much, a valued customer and can be confident that your bathroom/en-suite and tiled walls and floor will look great for years to come. Please note that their service should always go hand in hand with a reputable and highly recommended bathroom fitter and/or tiler to ensure you get that overall professional designer finish. Shaun & Kerrie provided an excellent service for us - they designed the layout of bathrooms on a renovation project we undertook and helped advise on tiling colours, patterns & budgets to match. They were prompt in coming out to visit as and when contractors required help & they went out of their way to ensure deliveries were on time. We’ve been very well looked after by Shaun and Kerrie on the projects they’ve done for us. They’ve done a great job within our budget and were very patient whilst we took time to decide on which of their large selection of tiles to choose from. We also needed some flexibility to work with items we had already purchased and that was easily accommodated. We used another local company for a previous bathroom project but Shaun and Kerrie’s product and customer service are the best we’ve experienced. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
