We bought a second hand berlingo there and after the contract was done we had a couple of terrible issues. There was no start/stop system built in as they told us. They changed tires without asking first. We left them on but that was a mistake. All tires were partly filled with only half the pressure. Turns out one of them was going flat within 2 weeks time. After trying to fix the tire 4 times they still refused to change it. So we decided enough is enough and we just changed to another garage. They found (another) nail in it and said it is no way we should drive on that tire any longer. Although the staff was friendly in general the communication inside the company is lacking big time. They gave us a car which was actually dangerous to drive in and they knew we bought it because my girlfriend was pregnant with our second child. All in all really disappointing. We will never go back.

Also 5 Sterne isť zu wenig. Professionelle und freundliche Kundenservice. Immer gutes Angebot nicht nur für neues Autos. Komme ich immer und wieder gerne. Sie bekommen Auto nach Inspektion sauber und gewaschen.
