Avoid this ENT! Told me my condition would clear up if I used a water pick on my tonsils. He refused to do a tonsillectomy! I ended up having a tonsillectomy at KU. After removing my tonsils, my ENT came into recovery to tell me they were way worse than he had thought. So Dr Dunfield was totally wrong and neglected to care for his patient! This Dr needs to have his license revoked
I went to Dr Dunfield due to an issue I had with my ear. It took him almost 4 months to fix it. Had me go to a neurologist when I knew it was my ear. He called me and my uncle liars (my uncle is the most honest man ever). I have never had a dr so rude and not listen to his patients like Dr Dunfield. He shouldn't be a dr. I wish I could give him negative starts.
The one and only visit I ever had with this man was AWFUL. He was flip, rude, and bad mouthed other doctors and was altogether unprofessional. I am a professional singer so I’ve seen my share of ENTs over the years. I had a very painful infection. He was no help at all and not the least bit nice about it. I ended up going to another office in the city and they got me in swiftly, took very good care of me and made me comfortable enough that I could at least swallow water to stay hydrated. So bad.
