A beautifully renovated and remodeled traditional Japanese house has been transformed into an Arabian paradise!! The coffee and pastries were delicious and the atmosphere totally relaxing. The tea and coffee menu is very extensive and our drinks came served with nuts, fruit and wafers (depends on what you order).

The Wadibar cafe is a special place, run by a special person. Tokiko is one of the loveliest people you will meet anywhere. The menu here is not your usual coffee and tea. There is a focus on authentic chai with a wide variety available. The fruit chai is overflowing with fresh fruit and makes for a healthy snack in itself. The Indian chai is an intense hit of ginger with a side of various spices to add to your own taste. Cakes and other sweets are homemade. Decor is generally Middle Eastern rustic in style with many unusual pieces from the antiques store next door. If you are in Kanonji, search out this hidden gem and say hi to Tokiko.
