I had an appointment (which I think is so much better and hope it continues even after covid is under control) in the morning and Theresa helped me. I didn’t have the proper documents and was lucky enough to be able to come back. She was very helpful and steered me in the right direction. When I came back I had Courtney and she was just as awesome. They both were super friendly and helpful and I was very appreciative of their help. You ladies are amazing keep up the great work!!!!

Had an appointment back in September that I waited on for three months, just to get in there to be told that they never received a fax of the copy of my title that my finance company faxed to them twice and on the first appointment I was told by three employees that they didn't even know how to do their job. Then again on the second appointment I was told they didn't receive the third fax of my title from my finance company. So i had to reschedule again and I don't know when that'll be. It would be nice if they knew how to do their jobs! By trying and answering the phone especially after you give the number to people and telling them to call you to check on paperwork that's supposed to be faxed to your office!!! So its 5-6 months later and still no state tag
Best experience I've ever had at a Secretary of State office! Kudos to the Stadium Drive branch! Excellent, courteous service!

The covid protocols have made SOS run great, I've never been in and out of there so fast. Shoutout to their awesome staff, keeping it running like a well oiled machine.
