This is a must do for getting to know the Big Island! The tour is such a fun way to see the island and have an adventure without being stuck in the car. The bikes are so easy to ride and make seeing the island 10x more fun. I would highly recommend this for any families or a group of friends looking for a way to explore and see some of the cool spots on the island. The owners are so friendly and know exactly what they are talking about so they can give you great recommendations! 11/10 recommend a definite must try!

Was only there for a bit of the afternoon, but they worked with me to make sure I had a great experience! Their RAD e-Bikes are a great way to explore the coast, and made it easy to find some amazing places to take pictures.
We had such a wonderful time with the family that runs the bike shop... oh yeah, and the bike are awesome too...Yes, very simple...you go in, sign up...and Boom ... your off riding...I was given information about the area and where to go for best beach locations.. My wife and I had a great time.. The family is awesome... if you come to The Big Island and don’t know where to start... I highly recommend you start here, they will get you going on your vacation journey!
I heard of Murph E-Bikes from a friend about a month ago. It was my moms birthday yesterday and I wanted to plan a super fun and special day for her! She loves being active outdoors, and so of course bike riding was the perfect thing to do! We rented the bikes and rode all over Kona. The bikes are electric, so if you get tired you can use it like a moped! We felt so safe, and seriously couldn’t stop smiling! It will definitely be a birthday that she will remember forever! Definitely doing it again. Definitely recommend :)
This place was a hidden gem for my friends and I so I am writing this review in hopes to show more visitors of the excitement it provides. The bikes they have are powered so this activity is perfect for any physical fitness and the trip is adjustable based off of your comfort. We did the ride and snorkel and it had completely exceeded our expectations. The views were incredible and allow you to really get the sense of the island. The snorkel is beautiful and allow you to get up close and personal with the fish! They do a beautiful job of ensuring every person leaves happy, they even recommended other things to do and see on the island. If I came back to the Big Island I would for sure do this trip again. 100% Recommend!
Had a great day with our e bikes. Very nice bikes and easy to use and well maintained. The owners are very friendly and helpful with what we wanted to do. Recommend them highly. You will not be disappointed!!
This was my favorite excursion I’ve ever done. I’ve done 15 cruises and this was for sure the most fun! The tour guide was so much fun and super informative. Saw the best views and had the BEST time.
On a cruise and thought it would be nice to go for a pedal. Found him on the internet, emailed the night before and an ebike was waiting for me. Very friendly and efficient operation. Got a flat told Emmanuel and he brought me a new bike right away. highly recommend. only about 5 minutes walk from ship tender dock. Good way to see a bit of the beauty on your own.
