Delicious ginseng chicken soup with chicken gizzard as a side dish. The soup had a rich herbal taste and there was lots of rice stuffing in the chiken. Never eaten gizzard so was surprised at how tasty and chewy it was. One flask of ginseng liquor was also served with the meal for 2.

If you’ve got a good appetite, order one pot for yourself, if not, order one pot to share. Loved all the side dishes. Try adding the ginseng wine into the soup (don’t know if that’s the right way to enjoy it), tasted great!
