I would be pretty cautious with this guy. Initially I found him to be very helpful and, when my original tow car was written off in a RTA, I had him fit another tow bar to my new car (March ’18). It soon became apparent that there was a problem with the installation as the car doesn’t charge the caravan battery while towing. Despite numerous attempts to contact Jamie both by phone and email, I have not been able to get hold of him nor received any sort of response. Do not expect anything in the way of customer service if you experience any sort of problem with your tow bar installation!
J fitted my swan neck tow bar. Excellent pricing. Booked in advance, rang me the day before to confirm - even did it earlier thank I had expected. Fitted with friendly service in around 2 hours and great knowledge. I would use again and will recommend to any friends and family. Use J - keep good local businesses going!!!
