Have been putting off seeing a dermatologist ( for over 5 yrs) as my only option was a Dr that has an unpleasant manner with patients and staff. So VERY HAPPY that Joplin now has a GREAT Dermatologist..... pleasant to talk to. Listened to me, examined my skin... and preformed the necessary procedures to fix my skin problems. I was in and out of the office in under 40 minutes. Staff are Great too! Joplin is Blessed to have Dr Phelan.
