I am all about supporting local businesses especially the filipino owned businesses. On one of my visits, I happen to see a palayok, so I decided to get one for future use. I understand how delicate clay can be so I made sure to put it away safely in it's original packaging. Now I decided to take it out for washing before using it, I saw a crack from inside but it is not very visible from the outside. So I decided to call the store to inform them. Instead of at least trying to rectify the situation, the person on the other end told me I had no common sense and dropped the call. If I could give zero stars to this place, I would. Please take your business elsewhere.

I'm very disappointed when I opened the box of empanada I ordered before Christmas to casa Victoria , because empanada is burn and I travel just to buy empanada from NY to NJ wasting my time
I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! If I could give a NEGATIVE rating for this place, I would. I ordered a Lechon Belly and confirmed 2x on the order; once a week in advance and reconfirmed 2 days prior to pick up. Lo and behold, i show up to pick up my order only to be told they never processed the order. Even after checking their caller ID to verify that I indeed called, not one person apologized for the negligence nor offered anything to make up for this oversight. It’s not even about the mere oversight, it’s the arrogance and poor customer service.
