Jeremy is a great personal trainer. Training with him improved my general shape. It also varied a lot as every training session was interesting and rewarding. After just a few weeks I managed to get rid of the shoulder pain. 5/5

I'm thoroughly enjoying Jeremy's training technique. He has totally changed my outlook on getting fit. His hour long sessions are very full of encouraging, informative and fun exercises to suit my level of strength. He has listened when I've felt it too much and he has introduced new exercises immediately giving a solution .. and a very beneficial workout. He puts together a song/music mix of my choice and it's great to exercise to this. And to have a personal trainer to come to my home is fantastic when I know for sure I would never get to a gym! I can recommend Jeremy 100% and am hugely thankful to him for getting me on a wellbeing track which was VERY overdue. Try him .. you won't regret it!

I can't recommend Jeremy at Fitness Solutions highly enough! Ive always struggled to stick to a fitness regime as I end up getting bored and lack motivation. Jeremy mixes up all out training sessions so they are never the same to keep me interested and on track, he also gave me a fab at home workout to do between our sessions.
Jeremy is reliable, enthusiastic and passionate about his business, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
