My experience here was really below expectations especially after reading good reviews about it. My computer's windows crashed but the hardware was not harmed so I asked that shop to reinstall the windows. They charge me almost 60 Euros for checking the hardware and reinstalling the windows!! Not only do I think its overpriced, but on top of that, they forgot to call me to let me know that they were done with my computer! So my computer stayed there unnecessarily for 10 days!!! And finally, they didn't partition the hard drive after reinstalling the windows and just made it into one C drive although I remember specifying that I would like it partitioned into D, E and so on. So all in all, its not the service I expected for 60 Euros!

Hatte telefonisch erfragt, was ein Akkuwechsel bei einem Samsung S8 kosten würde. Als mir der Preis von unglaublichen 250 genannt wurde, habe ich mich für die Auskunft bedankt und aufgelegt. Mir ist nicht bekannt, was alles auf die Preisliste gesetzt wurde, jedoch bekam ich anderswo den Wunsch für 50 erfüllt. Lieber PC Spezialist, wenn ich ein Neugerät wünsche, so sage ich das auch ;)
