took our order and our money ( full price up front) then gave us excuse after excuse why we weren't getting our pool. Put all the blame on the contractor so we called the contractor only to find out he didn't even have an order for us. Come to find out pools and powersports never ordered our pool. Now its to late in the year to get anyone to order one for us. Total BS.

Horrible horrible service, took forever to get them to actually come out and look at my inground pool damage. They were more interested in the spider in my skimmer than discussing my repairs. Blew off when I asked about replacing my current pool with a fiberglass one. Verbal ballpark quote was around 12k, which was fine. Said they would get back to me with a written estimate for my insurance and after 6 months of empty promises--they'll call back, still working on it, etc and never getting that estimate...I gave up! Would not pick up my supplies from them even if I had to drive out of state instead!
