Dangerous driver alert, one of the gents going through the Blackwall tunnel this morning must of being testing his very bright fog lights on a lady in the car in front as they we’re turned off when reaching the other side. Very irresponsible and a clear indication of road rage and could of resulted in a crash (for the other driver). Hopefully this company are professional enough to follow up with their driver’s dash cams or trackers.

Most lift companies, large and small experience the same problems occasionally. I have worked for a few and Jackson are probably one of the better ones in the country. Long lead time on parts; parts may come from abroad where it may not be an off the shelf item. Parts may need to be paid for by the customer before purchasing. This can sometimes go on for weeks. The lift broke down soon after fitting the part; Some times a fault on a lift can be a matter of a process of elimination. Not all lifts are repaired instantly. Jackson lifts fit generic parts; all independent lift companies do this unless otherwise specified by the customer. This ensures that no matter who the service company is, the equipment is readily available to replace when faulty, this ensures a minimum down time.
We have had several bad experiences with this lift company. Recently my fiance and his friends were stuck in the elevator, when calling their emergency line they did not pick up and have the audacity to promote their company and advertise themselves while waiting for someone to pick up. They did nothing to help, there had been an issue with the lift many times and they did not manage to fix this issue. Just wanted to share this as it’s quite dangerous and very anxiety triggering in a small lift alone in a building.
BIG FAIL. 16 days passed since Jackson came to fix a faulty lift and still out of service, they ordered a replacement piece that took a week to arrive and later \failed\ when they installed it. They don't seem to to know what they are doing. Unprofessional and sloppy
