Shocking customer service. The main reason I signed with Sky was that they gave me a broadband installation appointment last Thursday, which suited me perfectly as I was on leave at the time. It would have meant that I could continue working from home from the next Monday. Half an hour after booking my installation I received an email informing me that the appointment had been moved to Tuesday, which was highly inconvenient and meant that I had to go into the office for 2 days. I tried to phone Sky only to be told that I must hang up because I am not a vulnerable person and go online. I then get a text message late on Tuesday afternoon to tell me that I am now connected - only I wasn't. When I tested my connection via the website, I was informed that there is a problem (no kidding - I hadn't noticed) and that it will take up to 5 days for an engineer to look at it. Now the Sky TV engineer came today to install the Sky TV box - I was told they would phone to arrange a convenient time, but no - a card gets shoved into my post box saying that they missed me (again, something that I obviously hadn't noticed), and that I must phone Sky if I have any problems. So, I phone Sky, only to be told yet again that I must hang up and go online. How am I supposed to go online when I can't get connected???? Of course I was not at home because I don't have broadband and this have to go to the office instead - if Sky had just kept to the original agreement, none of this would have happened. I would love to give a -10 star rating!!

My phone was just ringing once and thought someone was messing around. My good friend Trish rang my mobile as another friend had been trying to contact me. I rang sky who tested my line and found that I had a fault outside my property. Thanks to Sky and Reach I was back on line in less then 48 hours also my internet was run ing faster which I had reported slow, both were sorted at the same time. Thank you Sky and Reach engineer Steve from Doncaster who had been posted down here to help out. Thanks PIRATE

Great experience all round at Sky!!! Amazing staff and it really does look like a fantastic place to work and be a part of. Highly recommend the tour around the studios.
