Ordered a couple of hampers for family over Christmas. Customer service was great from start to finish and both were delivered on time. Lovely range of local products, would highly recommend.
Perfection all round!!!!...as a first time customer from abroad, Jenna assisted with our personalised hamper for family at IOW...communication was prompt and nothing was an issue from the first email through to be able to pick up specified jewellery as part of the hamper to delivery, the whole process seemed seamless...will definitely use Isle Of Wight Hampers again in future
A friend sent me the Cheese Takeout hamper. Needless to say I never got the chance to take it anywhere - I had eaten half of it by the end of the day! Totally delicious - addicted to the roasted black garlic cloves, chutney, crackers and soft cheese. All in a pretty cool bag with a hand written card and delivered by a lovely lady. It was a total shock but made my month. Thanks so much. Sarah x

Jenna put together an Easter hamper for family I have living on the IOW. I left it very late to order but Jenna was unperturbed by that and even made sure my coeliac niece was catered for. Nothing seems to be too much trouble and the produce is local where possible and high quality. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation!
Fantastic customer service, beautiful hampers containing quality products. Having never ordered a hamper before Jenna helped me put together a Christmas gin hamper for some friends in Somerset. She kept me updated at every stage & the hamper was delivered on time. My friends were absolutely delighted with it. I will certainly use this company again & would highly recommend them.
Amazing customer service from start to finish. We created a custom hamper for my parents and it was put together at very short notice and delivered promptly (even though we had some issues from our side)! The contents were excellent quality and we've gone on to buy some of them again, highly recommended and we would definitely use them again!
