I called the telephone number to set up an appointment as new patient with Dr Ragunath in Irving clinic in mid Sept. The lady after checking said that 10:30am slot on Oct 2 was available to which I agreed. After taking my info, she advised that 11:15am slot was confirmed. I told her it was supposed to be 10:30am and not 11:15am to which she said she was new and made a mistake and appointment is at 11:15am. I accepted and changed my other tasks around 11:15am appointment. The visit went ok. Dr asked me if I wanted to get a certain screening/test done so he could arrange for me to receive the kit etc. I told him I will get back to him in next few days. I called the reception a day later and left message with receptionist that I wanted to proceed with the test. Two days later, the clinic (name of the person was Lupe) called and told me my lab results. I asked her to email a copy which she promised to do and confirmed my email address. That was on Oct 5. I also told her that I am waiting to receive the testing kit and that she should once again remind the Dr. Since then, I have called the clinic multiple times including twice today. No one answers the phone. I have left messages and no one has bothered to call back! I was hoping that I would make the Dr my PCP and then also take my two sons there. But with this bad experience, I am now looking at other doctors to be our PCP.

Doctor is very so polite, informative, solution maker. Administration is worst. I and my spouse did annual physical. I had black spot for few days where they put syringe. After few days, I got a call from office that all reports are ok which should not be right. I know, my HDL/LDL roller coaster ride. So, I requested labwork hard copies. I never received. I called 6 times in every alternate days at front desk or medical representative. Did they do labwork? I highly doubt, what will happen if there is trouble insurance/money related issue?
