My brother came here on 12/10/2019 for a remote treatment. The staff was kind and helpful. The treatment room was clean and the equipment wad new and Morden. He had a very good treatment here. We would use this location again if the need arose.

IF THERE WAS A -5 stars, I'd rate it that! My father started dialysis here this year and has had nothing but terrible events. The workers don't know how to handle the equipment or the patients, they can't answer any important questions, AND they don't finish people's treatment schedules because they want to go home or stop working. DO NOT send your loved ones here. We hope to get my father out soon.
Most UNPROFESSIONAL and UNCARING medical staff to ever lay hands on a patient. This dialysis center used to cater to my grandmother until she passed away. My grandmother would always be coming home crying saying she was hurting, being mistreated by the employees at the center, and felt as though no one was trying to help her receive quality care. One such individual that I had the displeasure of running into- DEEPAK- made her time at the dialysis center a living hell. He spoke in Hindi to my grandmother (this is her native language) and would bully her. Bully her such as he would say: \I am intentionally trying to hurt you...\ or \ leave and don't come back to the center\ and disregard her basic needs during treatment. My grandmother didn't like noise yet DEEPAK placed her in noisy areas on purpose.My grandmother knew which nurses caused her pain during needle insertions and who didn't yet he completely disregarded her requests to receive humane medical care and make a conscious request that could usually be fulfilled. I have made formal complaints time and time again but it seems DEEPAK has corrupted the staff to the extent that everyone was against her. I am 100% confident that the mismanagement of the center, unprofessional behavior of the staff, and DEEPAK contributed to the expedition of my grandmother's death. Save your loved ones and transfer them to another dialysis care center. I do not wish for your loved one to suffer like mine did.
I do not understand how these new patients get earlier seat times then me, maybe they're more highly favored than myself!
Very great facility and caring management.Despite of big dialysis needle the pain goes away with love of the staff and care by providing local anesthetics.
