Covid regulations in place, very comfortable waiting on socially distanced waiting room. In through one door and out through another so no passing by people. Well done@

The worst surgery ever, I think the should be close down. They have good Doctors but terrible rude and awful receptionists. The receptionists does not have good sense of approach at all.

As usual with this surgery, the doctors are fine but it's let down by the staff. I spent 40minutes waiting to be told (only after asking) to go upstairs where the doctor is waiting for me. This is after I was told to sit downstairs.

Not what you would call a nice family practise.The receptionists are truly awful.Youre feeling sick ..and then you get a battering from them.Its hard times..but no excuse to be rude and dismissive.Not nice at all.I forgot bullying.Someone needs to sort them out.
