Got an email which should gone straight into my junk, an empty threat really from some joker called \Lewis Jones\, whom obviously doesn't know intellectual property like how he preaches! Specifically asked us to remove some products from our website because they are \infringing\ on one of his clients rights, well news for you Lewis, if something ISN'T registered like a PATENT for a product than it isn't legally enforceable, his own client was using material which is in fact either a) in the open domain b) Crown copyright c) MOD property, this should have been made apparent to him although in future exchanges I will but at this time I couldn't be bothered to waste my time save for a review. I'm guessing he hasn't been at this job long although upon reading this might try and have a go for defamation of character! Personally if the guy whom he represents would have picked up and called it would have turned out better for them...
